How can we help you today?

If you find that your content or website isn't showing up in EpicBeat and are wondering why, here are a few probable reasons:
The content was published over a year ago.
Currently, EpicBeat filters can be set to go back upto one year so if the content you're looking for was published over a year back, it will not appear in the search results.
Note: Longer historical search (1 year) is a feature available with EpicBeat Plus and is not enabled with the free version. If you'd like to see more amazing content from the past along with a whole range of great features, sign up free for an EpicBeat Plus trial here.
The content has low share counts.
EpicBeat results include trending content for a chosen topic. If the cumulative shares received by a piece of content across channels are not significant, it will not appear in the search results.
The content has been categorized as spam.
If the content is incorrectly tagged, exists elsewhere as duplicate content or falls under any other common spam criteria, it will get tagged as spam by our system and fail to appear in the search results.
The content has moved to a new url.
If the content you're looking for has moved to a new url without a redirect to the new url, it will fail to appear in EpicBeat search results. If you have redirected the new url correctly, please give our systems some time to parse the new url and update accordingly.
Bad social share tags on the site.
If the content has social tags that fail to link to the right urls and redirect to incorrect pages, the content may not appear under EpicBeat.
EpicBeat only scours the web for English content so if the content you're looking for is in any other language, it will not appear in the search results.
Not categorized as 'content'.
EpicBeat search results are limited to content in its various forms: articles, images, guides etc. If the content you're looking for is promotional in nature such as an ad or if it is a web page that does not fall in the purview of content, it will not appear under EpicBeat. Also, the piece of content should have at least 100 words in order to be considered under one of the content categories within EpicBeat.
Content is behind a paywall.
If the content you're looking for is behind a paywall or requires a subscription of any kind, it will not be picked up by the system and will not appear in EpicBeat.
Client-side rendering of content.
If your content website is rendered at the client-side rather than the server-side, our systems may not be able to parse the data and so content will not be available under EpicBeat.
If the content you're looking for does not fall under any of these criteria and is still not reflecting in EpicBeat, do drop us a note with a link to the content to email@example.com.
